| Who is eSwimmers? |
| eSwimmers.com is a small company started by women who
have been buying swimsuits for themselves and others for many years. We
have tried on swimsuit after swimsuit, looking for the most flattering,
most comfortable suit, that wouldn't cost us a fortune. |
| Our principal owner, Kathy Hall, grew up swimming and teaching swimming.
Later she owned a swim shop in Boulder, Colorado. After her second child
was born, she sold the shop to spend more time with her children. Now she
is putting her knowledge to work for you. |
| We include fit and maintenance tips so you will know how to get the most
out of your swimsuit, We also include as much information about the suit
as we can, so you will know what you are buying. |
Ordering
| We recommend ordering online - our credit card processor
is secure, and will send you a receipt, as well as a copy of what you
ordered. Then, in case of any mistake you have a hard copy of your
order, and a traceable approval number from the bank.. Since we
are a small company, we can't afford 24 hour customer service
people. Even so you can order 24/7. |
| If you do prefer to order by phone, here is our business

all multi task. The number may be busy, or ask you to leave a
message. If so, leave your phone number, and we will call you
back. |
| Buying by mail is a risk. You have to rely on us to give you the most
accurate description of the item you are buying. When you pay shipping
charges you are betting hard earned dollars that you will like what you
get. Sometimes you don't, and that money is gone, plus the money to ship
it back. eSwimmers thinks you should not have to make that gamble. We
have no shipping charges on regular orders. So, if you think you
want an item, but aren't sure enough to gamble shipping charges on it, go
ahead and order it. If you don't like it, just return it to us in a timely
manner (14 days from the day it leaves our warehouse). All it costs you is
the return postage, usually less than $2.00 a suit. |

| What is a regular order? |
| A regular order is one shipped through the U. S. Post office, or other
ground shipper, at our discretion, to an address in the continental United
States. Need it faster? Pay just $15.00 for 2nd day air, $25.00 for
overnight. We usually ship the same days we get the order though, so
even with regular orders, you will receive it in 4 - 6 days. We are a small company, so we are happy
and able to work with you to get you your merchandise the way that makes
the most sense to you. If you would like to have special handling, please

If your order falls outside the boundaries of these guidelines, we will
email you with specifics. |

| How do I return
merchandise? |
| If you are not satisfied with your suit for any reason, simply return
the pieces to us within 14 days of receipt, and we will credit the full
cost to your credit card. Please, all tags must be attached, and the
suit must not be soiled in any way. If your merchandise is defective in
any way, we will exchange it at no charge. After 14 days, we will
exchange or issue a store credit. We pay all regular postage to
you, you pay all shipping charges back to us. |
